What permissions should I assign my new teammate?
There are currently 5 different user types within a company account: owner, bookkeeper, project manager, estimator, and field crew. Below we'll break down what the permissions are within each user type.

Owner

Full access to all features and settings
Bookkeeper

Full access except for changing account settings
Project Manager
- Can send estimates and create clients
- Can view all financial data (budget, prime contract, invoices, bills, expenses)
- Cannot complete financial actions
- Can approve bills if bill approval workflow is enabled
Estimator
-
Same as project manager, but cannot be included in bill approval workflows
Field Crew
- Can view assigned projects
- Can view internal updates and tasks
- Can only complete tasks assigned to them
