What features are within each plan or subscription tier?

There are a total of 4 types of plans: Core, Plus, Scale, and Enterprise. Make sure to choose the right plan based on the number of features/users your business needs. Unlimited AI Estimating starts with the Plus plan. 

Core

Up to 2 users. 5 AI estimates/change orders. Client portal, subcontractor portal, daily logs, scheduling AI assistant, task management, change order management. Invoicing, online bill payment, expense management (up to 5 cards), banking, quickbooks online sync. Email & chat support with self-directed onboarding. 

TL;DR - the basic suite of features, good for getting started and testing out the system. 

Plus

Everything in Core, and: up to 5 users. Unlimited AI estimate/change orders, cost library, SMS communication, e-signatures. Share schedules in client portal. Up to 50 cards, job costing, AIA billing, bill approval workflows. Send lien waivers. Live onboarding session, estimate template uploads, and ongoing monthly training as requested. 

Tl;DR - a larger suite of estimating and financial management features. 

Scale

Everything in Plus, and: up to 10 users. Cost plus invoicing. Collect lien waivers, document tracking (insurance, W9s, licenses). Direct phone support, basic data imports, and ongoing bi-weekly training as requested.

TL;DR - deeper compliance tracking, cost plus invoicing, and custom support.

Enterprise

Everything in Scale, and: unlimited users, custom user permissions. Unlimited cards. Sub-tier lien waivers and custom lien waiver templates. Unlimited onboarding time, custom data imports, and ongoing weekly training as requested.

TL;DR - unlimited users, most powerful compliance tracking and support.
