# How do I upload a receipt and when I use my Beam card?

## Here's how you can upload a receipt & categorize an expense with the Beam card:

- The purchaser will receive a text message and a link
- Click on the link and you'll be given a form to take a photo of the receipt, add a description, assign a project & an accounting code
- Select Save
