How do I upgrade my plan?
Upgrade your Beam subscription and view available plan tiers from the Plans and Fees settings.
If you already have an existing Beam Core or Plus account, navigate to Business -> Settings -> Plans and Fees tab to view your current plan/subscription tier.
From this page, you can upgrade to Plus or Scale.
If you do not have an existing Beam account, would like to upgrade to Enterprise, or would like to downgrade your plan, please contact the sales team.
Note the allowable number of users on each plan, if you have more users than your downgraded plan allows, the admin will need to delete the member(s).
