If you need to restart an estimate, you can either Void the estimate or Delete all items. The right option depends on whether you want to fully reset the process or simply regenerate line items using the same background information.
Void
Starts the entire estimating process over from scratch. The AI forgets any previous estimating context associated with the project and you’ll enter in an initial prompt and upload a document again. This is best used when the initial prompt or documents were incorrect.
Within the main project page, select the More dropdown, then click Void estimate then your page will surface the Create estimate button again to start from scratch.
Delete all items
Eliminates all current groups and items. The AI keeps any context and files you’ve uploaded, so you can modify the initial prompt as you see fit and then generate a fresh set of line items. This is best used when the estimate structure or initial prompt need slight tweaks.
More dropdown at the top of the Line items section, then the Delete all items button to clear the body of the estimate.
