Whether you receive approval outside of the Beam platform or are entering in past projects to train the AI estimating assistant on your bid style and pricing, follow the below steps to mark an estimate as approved.
When in the main "Projects" tab, select the project for which you would like to mark the estimate as approved. Once you're on the main project page, click the More button next to the Continue Editing button at the top right of the page.
From the dropdown, you have the option to click Mark as Approved, Mark as Rejected, or Void Estimate.
