How do I format my estimate?
Customize how your estimate appears to clients, including branding, pricing visibility, and additional details.
There are a number of ways to customize your estimate beyond the structure, verbiage, and pricing of the Groups and Line items.
1. Add your logo and business details in the business settings so they appear on all estimates. To do so, click the gear icon in the top right of the navigation bar. From the left menu, select Business. Make sure to click the orange Save button near the top right once you're done. Ideal dimensions for the logo is 500x500 pixels.


3. At the bottom of the Estimate tab, you can also find additional options to add a payment schedule, additional information, a cover page, collect an e-signature, and an expiration date. The cover page is recommended to tell your company’s story or set expectations. Click the edit buttons on the right to edit further.

If you click the edit button next to the cover page, a new page will open. Here, you can select the image you'd like to use and drag and drop it into the Upload your own photo area. You can also select the Use your own cover page option if you'd like to use your own template. Here you can also change the title and the introductory message on the cover page.
