How do I format my estimate?

There are a number of ways to customize your estimate beyond the structure, verbiage, and pricing of the Groups and Line items

1. Add your logo and business details in the business settings so they appear on all estimates. To do so, click the gear icon in the top right of the navigation bar. From the left menu, select Business. Make sure to click the orange Save button near the top right once you're done.

2. Within the estimate, select the Preview tab to control what’s visible to customers (markup, quantities, unit costs, group totals, and more). Your estimate preview below will update in real-time so you can see how toggling a given slider looks for the client.

3. At the bottom of the Estimate tab, you can also find additional options to add a payment schedule, additional information, additional files, a cover page, and an expiration date. The cover page is recommended to tell your company’s story or set expectations.
