Can I edit or void an invoice after it’s been sent?
Invoices can either be edited or voided after sending. To do so, navigate to the Invoices tab in the top navigation bar or within the project.
Adjusting Amount or Due Date
For simple changes (like adjusting the amount or due date), open the invoice record, select the More dropdown at the top right, and click the Edit invoice button.

The Void invoice button is right below the Edit invoice button.
Adjusting Descriptions or Milestones
For structural changes (like editing line item descriptions or milestone amounts), you’ll need to void the invoice and make updates in the Prime Contract tab.
